  • Notice of Intent to Request Release of Funds - High Street Apartments
    On or about August 21, 2025, the Maine State Housing Authority will authorize Community Concepts Inc. to submit a request to HUD Community Planning and Development, for the release of funds from Community Project Funding Program B-24-CP-ME-1102 under the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2024 (P.L. 118-42) to undertake a project known as High Street Apartments.

  • Notice of Intent to Request Release of Funds - Norway Family Apartments
    On or about August 21, 2025, the Maine State Housing Authority will authorize Community Concepts Inc. to submit a request to HUD Community Planning and Development, for the release of funds from Community Project Funding Program B-24-CP-ME-1102 under the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2024 (P.L. 118-42) to undertake a project known as Norway Family Apartments.

    On or about August 21, 2025, the Maine State Housing Authority will authorize Community Concepts Inc. to submit a request to HUD Community Planning and Development, for the release of funds from Community Project Funding Program B-24-CP-ME-1102 under the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2024 (P.L. 118-42) to undertake a project known as 399 Main Street, Fryeburg Apartments.

  • Notice of Intent to Request Release of Funds - Farmington Apartments
    On or about August 21, 2025, the Maine State Housing Authority will authorize Community Concepts Inc. to submit a request to HUD Community Planning and Development, for the release of funds from Community Project Funding Program B-24-CP-ME-1102 under the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2024 (P.L. 118-42) to undertake a project known as Farmington Apartments.

  • Notice of Intent to Request Release of Funds - Rumford Supportive Housing
    On or about August 21, 2025, the Maine State Housing Authority will authorize Community Concepts Inc. to submit a request to HUD Community Planning and Development, for the release of funds from Community Project Funding Program B-24-CP-ME-1102 under the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2024 (P.L. 118-42) to undertake a project known as Rumford Supportive Housing.

  • Notice of Intent to Request Release of Funds - Fryeburg Apartments
    On or about August 21, 2025, the Maine State Housing Authority will authorize Community Concepts Inc. to submit a request to HUD Community Planning and Development, for the release of funds from Community Project Funding Program B-24-CP-ME-1102 under the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2024 (P.L. 118-42) to undertake a project known as Fryeburg Apartments.

  • August 2025 Board Meeting
    A regular meeting of the Commissioners of the Maine State Housing Authority (“MaineHousing”) will be held at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 19, 2025

  • 2025-2026 Notice of Funding Availability for Winter Overnight Warming Shelters
    MaineHousing is allocating the last remaining flexible funds to address the issue of unsheltered homelessness during the winter months of 2025-26. This Notice of Funding Availability invites applications for funding of overnight warming shelters to become operational by November 15, 2025 and operate until April 30, 2026. Deadline for submission is August 29, 2025 @ 5pm.

  • Save The Date - Affordable Housing Conference
    Join us for the 2025 Maine Affordable Housing Conference as we discuss the future of affordable housing in Maine. The conference will be held in Bangor at the Cross Insurance Center on Tuesday, September 9, 2025.
