Public Hearing - Proposed Issuance of Tax-Exempt Single Family Mortgage Bonds
Maine State Housing Authority proposes to issue tax-exempt single family mortgage bonds and notes in one or more series pursuant to a plan of financing, as contemplated by Section 147(f)(2)(C) of the Internal Revenue Code, to finance, to replace amounts to be used to redeem single family mortgage bonds issued to finance, and to redeem single family mortgage bonds that were used to finance, the acquisition, construction and improvement of owneroccupied residences in the State of Maine. A hearing is scheduled for April 8, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. -
