RFP - 2026/27 Warming Shelters
MaineHousing is allocating funds to address the issue of unsheltered homelessness during the winter months of 2026-2027. This RFP invites applications for funding of overnight warming shelters to become operational by November 15, 2026 and operate until April 30, 2027. Deadline for submission is September 11, 2026 -
RFP - Fair Hearing Officers
MaineHousing is requesting proposals from experienced, qualified, and professional companies who can provide fair hearing services for MaineHousing’s rental assistance programs under Section 8 of the United States Housing Act of 1937, its Stability Through Engagement Program (STEP), and its Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP). Deadline for submission is September 30, 2026. -
