2024 Maine Continuum of Care Builds RFP
The Maine Continuum of Care (MCoC) invites interested parties to address and reduce the number of persons experiencing homelessness by creating new units of Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) through new construction or acquisition and rehabilitation of existing structures with one-time CoC Builds awards. 2023 State of Maine Housing Study
The passage of LD 2003 required the state to set specific housing production goals. Over the past year, the State of Maine DECD, the Governor's Office of Policy Innovation and the Future, and MaineHousing engaged an outside consultant to conduct a comprehensive housing needs analysis to assess the availability and affordability of housing in the state.
