
The Maine Centralized Waitlist for Section 8/Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Affordable Housing has moved to a new platform at AffordableHousing.com. The Maine Centralized Waitlist will be used by 20 public housing authorities in Maine, including MaineHousing.

Updating your application on the waitlist will verify that you are still in need of housing, and we have the correct contact information for you.

You have until April 30, 2022, to update your application. After April 30, 2022, all applications that have not been updated will be removed from the waitlist.

The Maine Centralized Waitlist has moved to a new platform at AffordableHousing.com located in Boca Raton, Florida. AffordableHousing.com has contacted all applicants on the waiting list by email, phone, and mail.
