ERA Program Calculator

The Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERA) will provide rental and utility relief payments to help eligible renters maintain housing stability. Maine’s Community Action Agencies will review applications, check eligibility, and process payments for eligible expenses on behalf of households.

This calculator should be used as an aid and not an approval for the ERA Program. This calculator will help determine if you MAY be eligible for the program. A program approval and benefit can only be approved once you have applied for the program.
