WAP and CHIP Programs
The Maine State Housing Authority (MaineHousing) is pleased to provide its Community Action Agency (CAA) partners with web access to CHIP and Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP) program forms, manuals, brochures, and other administrative processing tools.
3/27/2020 - A CHIP/HEAP Wx/DOE Billing Summary template is available on the Program Tools tab. Use this template to submit partial billings for payment on jobs that have not received a final inspection in compliance with the memo to Housing Directors from Daniel Drost dated March 27, 2020 regarding temporary modifications to weatherization billings.
