RFP for Depository Services
MaineHousing requesting proposals from experienced and qualified financial institutions to serve as the depository for certain reserve and escrow accounts that are assets of the multifamily rental projects financed and/or administered by MaineHousing. Deadline for submission is June 20, 2024 @ 5pm.

2023 State of Maine Housing Study
The passage of LD 2003 required the state to set specific housing production goals. Over the past year, the State of Maine DECD, the Governor's Office of Policy Innovation and the Future, and MaineHousing engaged an outside consultant to conduct a comprehensive housing needs analysis to assess the availability and affordability of housing in the state.
