Notifications

  • Effective 6/18/2020 - A copy of the signed  Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions must be submitted with the Multi-Family Phase 1 request for payment.  The Document Checklist and Lead Guide have been revised to reflect this change. 
  • Effective 2/1/2020 - The Environmental Review process has changed significantly.  Refer to the Instructions on Completing Environmental Review Worksheets before proceding with the environmental review process for a Federal Lead project.  
  • 05/08/2019 - The SHPO office has authorized the use of one SHPO Form for projects funded by Fed Lead and/or State Lead. Effective immediately, please submit SHPO Form (rev 04/2019) uploaded to the CAA Portal for Section 106 reviews.

    08-15-18 - The LHRDG Program Procedural Guide (Program Summary, Section C-Eligible Properties) has been updated to clarify enrolling vacant units.
