That is, until you&rsquo;re faced with an unexpected homeownership challenge and on your way to the store for a solution.</p> <p>As part of our First Home Loan marketing campaign, we asked our Facebook fans what they never dreamed of rushing to the store for. Keep reading to see what they said; it may just save you an unplanned trip to the store &ndash; or bring back memories of your first days in your new home!</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Around the House</strong></p> <p>You think you have everything you could possibly need for your new home. Then you find that something you expected to come with the house did not. Next you&rsquo;re online researching how to get rid of the water in your basement or the flying squirrels in your attic.</p> <p>These are just a few of the strange challenges you may face as a new homeowner.
