If you register via mail or fax you will receive an email confirmation as soon as payment has been received and your registration has been processed.

Transfers, Cancellations & Refunds
Transfers: You may transfer your conference registration to another person within your organization before October 24th by calling us at (207) 624-5734.
Cancellations & Refunds: If you need to cancel your conference registration, please call (207) 624-5734 by October 10th, 2013. You will receive a full refund of your registration fee. Cancellations made after the Early Bird deadline as well as no-shows are liable for the full registration fee.
If you are unable to attend the conference for any reason and have made hotel reservations, you are responsible for canceling your own room reservations directly with the hotel. You may be subject to penalties and fees in accordance with the hotel's cancellation policy.
If you will need any special requirements while attending the Affordable Housing Conference (dietary, access, or otherwise), please contact us at (207) 624-5734 at least two weeks prior to the conference and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Attendees of the 2013 Affordable Housing Conference agree that by virtue of attendance footage of conference participants captured by official conference photographers/videographers may be used in future print and electronic promotional and archival materials.
