How to Use This Site |
Maine Housing offers programs and services to make housing more affordable to Maine people. We offer these programs and services with help from a wide variety of housing partner organizations, such as lenders, community action program (CAP) agencies, emergency shelter providers, housing developers, and others.
With this in mind, our website is made up of two parts – general information for consumers and the general public, and information for our housing partners.
The MaineHousing website will automatically default to information for consumers and the general public. Users can find easy-to-understand information on MaineHousing’s programs and services, including information on program eligibility and how to apply.
There is also general information about MaineHousing – who we are, our policies and priorities, news & events, and career opportunities.
Also available is data on housing affordability.
All of the consumer pages have a green side menu and title bar.
This part of the website is intended to provide our housing partners with easy access to administrative resources such as program guides and manuals, forms and data systems. The menus in this section also provide easy access back to the consumer-oriented parts of the website.
To access this section, use the drop down menu box titled "Info For Housing Partners" located in the lower right hand corner of the footer on every page.
All of the housing partner pages will have a dark blue side menu and title bar with the words "housing partners” shaded in the top right of the title bar.
