You may be eligible if for your electric utility’s LIAP if:
Additional eligibility requirements may apply, depending on where you live and the company that provides your local electric service.
| How Do I Apply? |
The application for LIAP is usually completed during your application to the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP). Please refer to our agency contact list to apply for LIHEAP, LIAP or related assistance. If you are eligible for LIAP, your local CAP agency will notify your electric utility so that you receive a credit on your electric bill.
