MaineHousing's Home Energy Loan Program (HELP) is ending December 31, 2009 because new financial incentives for home energy improvements are now available through Efficiency Maine.
No new reservations for HELP loans will be accepted after December 31, 2009, and all reserved loans must close by February 28, 2010.
