MaineHousing’s multifamily portfolio includes properties with affordable units that were developed with MaineHousing financing, as well as properties that MaineHousing monitors on behalf of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.

The Special needs housing includes transitional housing, group homes, emergency shelters, and supported or independent apartments for special needs populations.
