Take I-95 to Exit 44 (formerly Exit 6a). Continue on I-295 to Exit 7 (Franklin Street).Stay on Franklin Street for five (5) lights. Take a right onto Middle Street, travel approximately 1 mile (Middle Street turns into Spring Street). Holiday Inn is on the left.

There is limited parking at the hotel. Additional parking is available on Free Street (beside the Children’s Museum) and Pleasant Street Lots. Attendees must drive into the hotel registration area and be instructed to the location of available complimentary parking. When complimentary lots are full, paid parking is a short walk away. |

MaineHousing has applied for 5 Continuing Education Units with the State Board of Licensing for Realtors and Lenders. |

The building and rooms in which the conference will be held are accessible to persons with physical disabilities.
