MaineHousing offers low-interest home-repair loans and home-replacement mortgages to homeowners whose homes have been damaged or destroyed in a declared natural disaster.

The Disaster Assistance Home Repair Program and Home Replacement Mortgage Program are not active at this time. In the event of another natural disaster in Maine, MaineHousing will provide information about the loan rate and terms, application deadlines, eligibility requirements, and places the public may apply for program dollars.
