Call one of the participating lenders below to apply for a MaineHousing loan through the First Home Program or Operation New Home Program. A MaineHousing loan with mortgage insurance will help you buy your first home with little to no money down. Your lender will help you find the best mortgage insurance for you.

These lenders also provide home replacement mortgages under MaineHousing's Disaster Assistance Loan Program.
