		The Carbon Quantification Project
		MaineHousing is leading the effort in developing a methodology to measure, monitor, verify, aggregate and sell avoided carbon emissions from energy efficiency programs and projects run by housing agencies.

		Winter Harbor Windmill
		Funded from a Residential Energy Assistance Challenge (REACH) grant the turbine is a cooperative effort of MaineHousing, Efficiency Maine, the Washington-Hancock Community Action Agency, and the town of Winter Harbor.

		Mainestream Green Home Design Competition
		MaineHousing has promoted the construction of more green single-family homes through its Mainestream Green Home Design competition.
